Chris Fischer will be cooking simple, healthy food all weekend long. He will be using ingredients from The Farm Institute, Morning Glory Farm, North Tabor Farm and Beetlebung Farm, to name a few.  His influences come mostly from the way of traditional Italian peasant food, where little is done, except for the enhancement of flavors through salt, olive oil and the occasional lemon.
